Utilize this program to improve your power off the wall in turns and endurance, so you stay strong and kick to the end. 

Program:  Train the body to be more efficient and expend less of the vital energy needed to endure and reach personal best, by utilizing the core and joint stability aspects this program has to offer.  Adding also strength endurance, power, and flexibility training will help you power through turns and avoid injury from overwork.  Coupling exercise with the nutrition offered in this program is vital to reaching new heights.

Days per week: 2-3 (60 minute sessions)
